Techenomics International Pte Limited has distributed speciality lubricants to the mining industry throughout Australia and Indonesia for over 20 years. In 1998, services were introduced focusing on proactive condition monitoring and fluid management services.
Today, Techenomics concentrate on Total Fluid Management Services (TFMS), operating three ISO 9001 accredited laboratories and consulting services. The laboratories conduct lubricant analysis for used oils, greases and wear debris analysis. The TFMS are operated by site-based teams who establish and maintain condition monitoring programs and manage the total lubricant cycle at clients’ facilities.
Consulting services are focused on tribology – lubrication practices, product application, component wear, lubricant management and training programs. These services reduce maintenance costs for mobile and fixed plant equipment, irrespective of the industry and are often used in continuous improvement programs. Engineers design, redesign and build unique solutions to improve component life. Training programs are custom developed for clients. They are results orientated and effectively target how to eliminate customer specific problems rather than being a generic training program.
