Graeme L. Robertson BA  FAICD  MAIE

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Graeme Robertson has spent much of his life in Asia in business growth in developing nations. He has been responsible for pioneering and managing world class mining, energy and infrastructure operations. He was CEO and developer of the largest open cut coal mine in the Southern Hemisphere, PT Adaro Indonesia. In 2005, Graeme retired from Australian public companies New Hope Corporation Limited (Managing Director, 1987 – 2005) and Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co. Ltd. (Director, 1997 – 2005) to pursue his private interests overseas in mining, energy infrastructure, agribusiness and real estate ventures in Indian Ocean and Asian countries.

Graeme brings a strong humanitarian emphasis to Intrasia Capital’s growth. Graeme is a Trustee of the Indonesian Humanitarian Foundation (YKI) based in Bali and Deputy Chairman of the John Fawcett Foundation, a charitable organisation based in Perth.

Jonathan Warrand MBA (Exec)  CA  FFinsia  BCom

Managing Director, Intrasia Capital (Australia)

Jonathan has over 20 years of corporate advisory experience and has worked across various sectors including financial services, real estate, construction and infrastructure. He has experience in equity and debt capital markets, strategic planning, restructuring, capital management and corporate advisory. During his career he has worked for leading Australian financial services organisations including Grant Samuel, Southern Cross Equities, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Bank, Bankers Trust Australia and Ernst & Young.

He is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Capital Markets Committee (NSW) and Property Investment & Finance Committee. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Fortia Funds Management Limited and Australis Managed Investments Limited (a subsidiary of Oxley Group, based in Singapore). Jonathan is an Associate of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.

Ben Loh BSc (Accounting)

Financial Controller

Ben has over 16 years of experience and knowledge in accounting and financial management which he gained from both public and private firms in numerous industries internationally, including several years at Silicon Valley in the USA.

Jayapal (JP) Seshadri LLB (Hons)  MBA (Finance)

Group Legal Counsel

JP brings to Intrasia Capital 14 years of both legal as well as non-legal commercial experience. JP has handled civil & criminal litigation and arbitration under some of Singapore’s most eminent practitioners as well as under his own practice. He has also been engaged as a consultant by top-tier MNCs in Canada in respect of non-legal commercial matters.

Herman has been with Intrasia Capital since its inception and has had hands on experience with the development and progression of Intrasia Capital’s projects in mining, property development, agribusiness and CleanTech sectors.

Christine has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting having worked previously in the funds management and oil & gas industry.

Wendy provides administrative and sectretarial support to Intrasia Capital’s team and has broad experience working with multinational corporations.
