Managing Director

Jonathan has over 20 years of corporate advisory experience and has worked across various sectors including financial services, real estate, construction and infrastructure. He has experience in equity and debt capital markets, strategic planning, restructuring, capital management and corporate advisory. During his career he has worked for leading Australian financial services organisations including Grant Samuel, Southern Cross Equities, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Bank, Bankers Trust Australia and Ernst & Young.

He is a Non-Executive Director of Chancery Managed Investments Limited (a subsidiary of Oxley Group, based in Singapore). Jonathan is an Associate of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.

Monika Kwiatkowski CA  BFin  BCom

Senior Investment Manager

Prior to joining Intrasia Capital, Monika was a Senior Executive with KPMG Corporate Finance in Australia, where she advised on numerous public market and private Mergers & Acquisitions transactions across a range of industries including energy and natural resources, telecommunications and IT.

Monika also has extensive experience advising on major infrastructure projects, including advising the Australian Government on the Implementation Study for the $43 billion National Broadband Network (jointly with McKinsey & Co).

Simon Harvey CA  BCom

Investment Manager

Prior to joining Intrasia Capital, Simon was a director at Pinnacle Real Estate Innovation, a real estate development and asset management company in Prague, Czech Republic. He began as a senior analyst at Pinnacle in 2005 and throughout his time there worked alongside the CEO advising on all corporate finance and M&A aspects associated with Pinnacle’s activities. He also has extensive experience with development and asset management and was country manager of Pinnacle’s Bulgarian operations in 2009.

Prior to Simon’s time in Europe he was an Assistant Manager for KPMG’s financial services division where he completed his CA.

Rozanna Lee BCom  LLB

Legal Affairs & Investor Relations Manager

Rozanna joined Intrasia Capital in July 2011. She has worked in a wide range of industries, including many years as a Senior Account Manager at an international trust company in Amsterdam, which provided domiciliary, management and corporate advisory services to a wide range of private and corporate clients.

Lynden Wardle BBus

Manager of Office Services

Prior to joining Intrasia Capital, Lynden was responsible for all investor relations for the Fortia Group – a boutique property funds management and advisory company. Preceding her seven years at Fortia, Lynden held the role of Chief Financial Markets Dealer for QANTAS, managing the domestic money market and foreign exchange requirements of the airline.
