GRAEME L ROBERTSON

Graeme Robertson has spent much of his life in Asia engineering growth in developing nations. He has been responsible for pioneering and managing world-class and global mining, energy and infrastructure operations.

A graduate of the University of New South Wales, Graeme has been the developer and President Director of PT Adaro Indonesia, the largest open cut coal mine in the Southern Hemisphere with a current market capitalisation of USD4.5 billion and PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, international bulk port operations in Indonesia. Graeme has extensive experience in developing successful operations in emerging economies. As a former Director of Australia’s fourth oldest public company Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Co., and Managing Director to 2005 of New Hope Corporation Limited, he brings expertise in corporate governance and international vision.

A humanitarian, Graeme is Chairman of AfrAsia Foundation, a charitable organisation based in Mauritius.
